How often yall get sick?
Im talkin colds/allergies/other random shit..i literally used to get colds every other month but this year, i havent been sick since early this year..i did start dieting and eating better but i dunno if that caused my immune system to get stronger? i work in public so i stay around ppl all day and every other person seems to be coughing or hacking some shit into the air plus some in these areas i work in be dirty as fuck but i havent caught shit in forever, wat about yall??

The General Business Thread
Alright yall this is a spinoff from the Tax Implications thread that was started by @JonnyRoccIT . I made this thread to help out anybody who has general questions about getting started or going forward, legal matters in business, financing/banks/credit, how to find information, building websites, structure, taxation, business plans/proposals, investing, motivation - anything that has to do with running a business please ask the question here and me or @pralims will answer you promptly.
Anything that has to do with even supplying apps or anything for that matter that can help someone, anybody, somewhere do something easier or better will be greatly appreciated.
To kick things off I have put the topics in spoilers to make the O/P organized and easier to browse for mobile users.
Business Entity/Legal Structures
Sole Proprietorship
The simplest structure is the sole proprietorship, which usually involves just one individual who owns and operates the enterprise. If you intend to work alone, this structure may be the way to go. The tax aspects of a sole proprietorship are appealing because the expenses and your income from the business are included on your personal income tax return, Form 1040. Your profits and losses are recorded on a form called Schedule C, which is filed with your 1040. The "bottom-line amount" from Schedule C is then transferred to your personal tax return. This is especially attractive because business losses you suffer may offset the income you have earned from your other sources.
As a sole proprietor, you must also file a Schedule SE with Form 1040. You use Schedule SE to calculate how much self-employment tax you owe. In addition to paying annual self-employment taxes, you must make estimated tax payments if you expect to owe at least $1,000 in federal taxes for the year after deducting your withholding and credits, and your withholding will be less than the smaller of:
1) 90 percent of the tax to be shown on your current year tax return or
2) 100 percent of your previous year's tax liability.
The federal government permits you to pay estimated taxes in four equal amounts throughout the year on the 15th of April, June, September and January. With a sole proprietorship, your business earnings are taxed only once, unlike other business structures. Another big plus is that you will have complete control over your business--you make all the decisions. There are a few disadvantages to consider, however. Selecting the sole proprietorship business structure means you are personally responsible for your company's liabilities. As a result, you are placing your assets at risk, and they could be seized to satisfy a business debt or a legal claim filed against you.Raising money for a sole proprietorship can also be difficult. Banks and other financing sources may be reluctant to make business loans to sole proprietorships. In most cases, you will have to depend on your financing sources, such as savings,
home equity or family loans.
Partnership
If your business will be owned and operated by several individuals, you'll want to take a look at structuring your business as a partnership. Partnerships come in two varieties: general partnerships and limited partnerships. In a general partnership, the partners manage the company and assume responsibility for the partnership's debts and other obligations. A limited partnership has both general and limited partners. The general partners own and operate the business and assume liability for the partnership, while the limited partners serve as investors only; they have no control over the company and are not subject to the same liabilities as the general partners.
Unless you expect to have many passive investors, limited partnerships are generally not the best choice for a new business because of all the required filings and administrative complexities. If you have two or more partners who want to be actively involved, a general partnership would be much easier to form.
One of the major advantages of a partnership is the tax treatment it enjoys. A partnership does not pay tax on its income but "passes through" any profits or losses to the individual partners. At tax time, the partnership must file a tax return (Form 1065) that reports its income and loss to the IRS. In addition, each partner reports his or her share of income and loss on Schedule K-1 of Form 1065.
Personal liability is a major concern if you use a general partnership to structure your business. Like sole proprietors, general partners are personally liable for the partnership's obligations and debts. Each general partner can act on behalf of the partnership, take out loans and make decisions that will affect and be binding on all the partners (if the partnership agreement permits). Tampa lawyer used Pinellas jail to film porn videos
A Tampa lawyer had sexual relations with a female inmate inside the Pinellas County Jail several times in a private room reserved for attorneys to meet with their clients, investigators said.
He is also accused of soliciting sex from another incarcerated woman, according to deputies, offering to put money in her commissary account and saying he was filming the acts for a pornographic video titled Girls in Jail.
Pinellas Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said Andrew B. Spark, 54, may have performed the same scheme with multiple women in county jails across the Tampa Bay region and Central Florida.
In Pinellas, the sheriff said, Spark lied and said he was representing the women to gain access to the room, which does not have recording equipment and only has a small window in the door.
The first woman, 28, met Spark when he paid her for sex after finding her prostitution ads online before she went to jail, the sheriff said. The lawyer met the second woman, 25, last year at a porn convention in Tampa, according to deputies.
He engaged in sexual acts with the 28-year-old, who is detained on drug charges, at least six times between June and December, investigators said. Spark would film the woman in the private room, the sheriff said, and started by asking her to narrate sexual fantasies. Spark would stand in front of the door, blocking the window while she performed a sex act, Gualtieri said.

Texas Restaurant Under Scrutiny for Racist ‘Coon Chicken Inn’ Sign
A restaurant in Lubbock, Texas has come under fire in recent days for a racist sign that is hanging up on its wall.
On Thursday, Cook’s Garage responded after a person who attended a Christmas party at the restaurant noticed a neon sign of a black caricature emblazoned with the words “Coon Chicken Inn.” After the person posted photos of the sign on Facebook, the owners of the restaurant posted the following explanation to its Facebook page:
As you can see above, the restaurant owners contend that they did not mean to offend anyone as the sign was meant to represent “Americana history.” Highlighting that other racist collectibles featuring black caricatures are “highly sought after,” they noted that the Chicken Coon Inn was an actual restaurant that existed and that featuring the sign is “preserving a part of history that should remind us all of the senselessness of racial prejudice.”
After the Facebook response from Cook’s Garage went viral and local station WLBT 3 posted a story stating that “some are calling” the sign racist, folks on Twitter reacted.
A ‘commerical’ for Coon Chicken Inn was featured in the 2004 mockumentary C.S.A.: The Confederate States of America, a movie that presented an alternate history where the Confederacy won the Civil War. The 2001 movie Ghost World also used a sign from the restaurant as a plot point.

Steven Spielberg once said that he does "Movie Orgy" every now and again where he will watch several films in over a week's time. Well I recently did this thanks to Redbox and Blockbuster express where films are only a Dollar. Viral (supposed) Bullied kids Mom is in hot water
I know a lot of people were all for that viral video of the kid crying talking about bullies. I was suspicious of it because I'm suspicious of all videos of parents recording their children crying and up loading online for views. But the stuff that dropped on his mom has me questioning if that video is even real.

That’s exactly what Keaton Jones’ mother, Kimberly Jones, didn’t do—and now her past Facebook posts are coming back to bite her in her racist ass.
Over the last 72 hours, actors, athletes and regular folks on social media have rallied behind Keaton Jones, a Union County, Tenn., middle schooler, after his tear-filled video went viral. They rallied so much that a GoFundMe has raised over $55,000, and he’s received numerous invites to big-time Hollywood movie premieres.
But wait, there’s more.
After internet detectives found Kimberly Jones’ Facebook page, they realized that she may be on the wrong side of history when it comes to her love of the Confederate flag:
After more digging, MMA fighter Joe Schilling posted an Instagram conversation that he had with someone alleging to be Jones:
So, sure, Keaton may be the vicious victim of bullying (and also may have called a few classmates the n-word, which was noted on Kimberly’s Facebook page before she closed it), and his mother is using his pain for her own interests, but it’s ironic that she’s willing to accept money from black athletes and other celebrities that she would probably consider “butt hurt Americans.”
Of course Jones’ Facebook has now been locked down and her privacy settings have been updated.
