Nah..lol

i couldn't deal with y'all always trying to expose me and I had to deal with a bird.

She stole my tablet, gift cards, lied to my family about me, and some more shit that almost caused me to go to jail.
It was 6 months of complete bullshit that I blame her and myself for.

I still lurked occasionaly in ill pix..i dnt like lurking in GnS if i can't comment.

You know you can't just dew drop in and lay down some shit like that without entertaining the people with the deets. Who was this bird and how did she almost get you locked up? Were you romantically linked or was she a rival in love?

Did you get your swipes back? If so, was there still money on them or did she do you like Leon the Zoe God? What about your tablet? Was it Android, Ipad or Surface? LMAO if it was a surface tab - just let her keep that shit. Did you get it back and she beat all your peoples in Words with Friends and made you want to step your game up? Did she install Angry Birds and you were like "isn't this ironic"?

That's all I got for now but welcome back. Now please dish out the dirt.

Op-Ed: America's Entrepreneurial Spirit is Dying

By: Kevin Montgomery

With all the tech startups flooding the market, it would seem that America is more entrepreneurial than ever. But just the opposite is true. According to a pair of reports from The Brookings Institution, American entrepreneurship has been declining since the 1970s.

Brookings' reports reveal that American business has become steadily less dynamic in the past three decades. Instead of creating new companies, would-be entrepreneurs are increasing going to work for established corporations. And the rate of corporate consolidation is only making the statistic worse.

Now, for the first time since Brookings began tracking the data, more businesses are dying than being born in America.

ag23e7syabm1m6qex9j3.png

As New York's Daily Intelligencer describes, all the media fanfare over startups is only masking the truth behind the state of entrepreneurship:

But the glitz, glamour, and big money of San Francisco — as well as the cultural potency of and media attention paid to start-ups — shroud a hard truth. The country is getting less entrepreneurial. In aggregate, firms are aging. People are starting fewer new businesses, and older businesses are doing better than their younger competitors. For all the talk of "disruption" in today's economy, it is better to be a big, old incumbent dinosaur than it is to be a lean, mean start-up.

This isn't just bad for potential founders, Brookings says. The trend curbing "creative destruction" has the potential to make the entire American workforce less productive:

Research has established that this process of "creative destruction" is essential to productivity gains by which more drive out less productive ones, new incumbents, and workers are better matched with firms. In other words, a dynamic economy constantly forces labor and capital to be put to better uses.

The problem isn't relegated to "The Paper Belt"—Silicon Valley's dismissive name for Middle America. Brookings reports that the entrepreneurial downturn transcends any particular state and region. The trend has been observed in all 50 states and "in all but a handful" of the 360 metropolitan areas tracked.

What's more? "This decline has been documented across a broad range of sectors in the U.S. economy, even in high-tech."

Brookings' reports are not all doom and gloom, however. The public policy organization notes that "business accelerators" are a "welcome development." And immigrants, being statistically twice as likely than native-born Americans to start businesses, could be allowed in the country in greater numbers to help reverse the trend.

Young people are ditching their television sets even faster than in previous years, according to new data, with traditional TV usage falling among viewers age 18-34 falling at twice the normal rate in the recent September to January season.

A new Nielsen survey shows that traditional TV usage among millennial viewers tumbled 10.6% between September and January, the New York Post reports. Since 2012, traditional TV usage had only been falling at about 4% a year from season to season.

The sudden acceleration of young people dropping TV in favor of Netflix surprised many analysts. “The change in behavior is stunning. The use of streaming and smartphones just year-on-year is double-digit increases,” Alan Wurtzel, NBCUniversal’s audience research chief, told the Post. “I’ve never seen that kind of change in behavior.”

In 2011, 21.7 million young adults were tuning in to their TV sets, but that figure fell to 17.8 million last month, a drop of almost 20%. That trend is likely to continue as more millennials turn to online video streaming from Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO and other sources.

the Knicks never win shit, New york doesnt have a dominant college team....and I cant think of a player that was born and raised in new york that is considered the best or top 5 of all-time....yet all I hear from new yorkers is that they hail from the mecca of basketball and about the rucker or madison square garden....and all the hyped up ball players that come outta NY never live up to thier potential....niggas should stick to dancing and harlem shaking with basketballs under thier shirts and leave competition to the rest..

Cliff notes:
1) he backtracks off his 'yall dont know shyt' comment
Spoiler:
"Let's be real. Let's look at the whole thing," Durant said. "I've been in the league eight years. The media and myself have had a great relationship for eight years. And I said something, two days in a row I said something. Am I allowed to be upset one time? Am I allowed to be mad? Am I human? Do you look at me that way? Do you look at me as if I can't say nothing wrong? We had great communication for eight years, and it's still that way."

The rest come from his GQ article

2) "Obviously our players aren’t as good as, you know, than they were before. But you have to figure it out.”...

Yikes.

2b) He backtracks off that...we'll get to that

3) He worries will he always be alone re: his failed engagement

4) Speaks about his time in OKC in past tense "I was loyal"

5) Does his best Kobe impersonation saying how he's a "douche" and "hater" when it comes to opposing teams

That ngga came off as heartbroken over his chick, done in OKC, and tired of not winnin a chip. He need a media coach he gave up a lot

The year began strong. Veterans Michael Jackson and Glenn Jones delivered standout singles in January, but then TLC hit the following month with their upfront "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg," a party anthem as sonically aggressive as some of Dallas Austin's previous smash productions, yet it brandished pop appeal and shock value like nothing else from the era. Three months later, there was another momentous arrival: the Uptown label's Mary J. Blige. Her first charting single as a solo artist, the Strictly Business soundtrack's "You Remind Me," didn't kick down the door -- that wasn't the intent -- but it did reach number one, as did the follow-up "Real Love." The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, along with that brash ATL trio, swiftly became two of the decade's biggest acts.

It was a big year for R&B-driven soundtracks. Juice was responsible for two of the bigger hits of late winter and early spring, as Aaron Hall's "Don't Be Afraid" (produced by Bomb Squad members Hank Shocklee and Gary G-Wiz) was succeeded by fellow Guy member Teddy Riley's "Is It Good to You." The Jam & Lewis-produced Mo' Money brought numbers 23 and 30, while Boomerang brought number 26 (as well as a certain Boyz II Men ballad, not number 27, that was unavoidable for months). None of those soundtracks, as successful as they were, did nearly as well as The Bodyguard -- unrepresented in this completely subjective list -- which came along in November and became the biggest-selling soundtrack of all time.

During 1992, over 330 R&B singles made Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart.
