With the lift on banning women in fighting combat they now can be put in the draft.
Say we have a war in the soon future and not enough troops which will happen. They will issue a draft and that mean everybody women and men. Don't show up go to jail deal with it.

Most IC chicks won't be in the draft I'm guessing , most of the time they draft from 18-27 after that your no good and safe.
