I mean let's be serious...because of the advanced technological revolution any asshole can become a rapper...It's not oblivious to the fact that the majority of these artists are about the money, so learning the craft and skills is an AFTERTHOUGHT because the top objects to rap about: sex, drugs, money=$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
