Has anybody checked this classic movie? Very deep. It's about a black maid who has a child who is mixed but basically looks white. She is ashamed that she is black and ashamed of who her mother is. They move in with a struggling white actress and her daughter. I won't give away too much but after watching this film reminded me of my great aunt who also tried passing back in the day. She even disowned this darker side of our family because she didn't want anyone to know she was black. Anybody have anyone that you know of do this in your fan? And again check this flick out.
