IMO the answer is no..when it dropped niggas was actin like it was the worst album to come out this year..
they weren't just "rapping to rap" on it which was the biggest criticism of their first album and them as a group..in no way am I saying it was a great album, but it was a solid album..
I'll agree that it was a little underwhelming..it probably wasn't executed as well as it should have been, and the production could of been a little better but for the most part the lyrics were good, had some content and they actually crafted some good songs..
overall it had a handful of dope tracks on it, several songs that were just average and a couple terrible songs..
