The one-hour drama series Westworld is a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin. Set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined past, it explores a world in which every human appetite, no matter how noble or depraved, can be indulged.

The cast of the 10-episode series includes Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jimmi Simpson, Rodrigo Santoro, Shannon Woodward, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Ben Barnes, Simon Quarterman, Angela Sarafyan, Luke Hemsworth and Clifton Collins, Jr.

It's based on the 1973 film of the same name. Just peeped the premiere. Shit was trilla. Hell of a cast. This has potential to be great and HBO dont fuck around. It's about a real life high tech theme park set in the Old West where the the residents are created to be apart of the attraction and guests or "New Comers" can pay to be apart of it. Seems like they relive the same day over and over again with different plots and outcomes depending on how the New Comers decide to interact with them.

John Kerry Defends 2-State Solution as 'Only' Path to Peace for Israelis and Palestinians

Secretary of State John Kerry today defended the two-state solution, saying it's "the only way to achieve a just and lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians."

In a final bid to strike a peace accord as the Obama administration winds down, Kerry added, “Both sides must act now to preserve the possibility of peace.”

“Friends need to tell each other the hard truths. Friendships require mutual respect,” he said in remarks at the Department of State, seemingly directing his comments toward Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Referring to the recent U.N. vote condemning Israeli settlements, from which the United States abstained, Kerry said, “The vote in the United Nations was about preserving the two-state solution. That’s what we were standing up for, Israel’s future as a Jewish and democratic state … That’s what we are trying to preserve, for our sake and for theirs.”

“Here is a fundamental reality: If the choice is one state, Israel can either be Jewish or democratic. It can never be both.”

He stressed his view that nothing about a two-state solution, meaning an independent state of Palestine next to Israel, would negatively affect Israeli security.

We supposedly live in a society where women are equal to men and they can do everything that a man can do. However, when a woman disrespects a man, (and even goes as far to put hands on him,) if ole boys reacts accordingly by defending himself he's suddenly wrong for beatin' a bitch's ass because the hoe is "smaller," and "weaker," than him and she couldn't cause any real damage. However, this same logic doesn't apply to men case in point Blake Griffin. When Blake Griffin whooped on the trainer dude, nobody was talkin' about how wrong Griffin was for beatin on somebody smaller than him, who weighed less, and punches couldn't cause any real harm, but Joe Mixon and Josh Brown were all kinds of wrong for putting the smack down on a bitch.

I really need somebody to explain to me (since women are equal,) why they exempt from getting the exact ass whoopin' a man would get if he called himself disrespecting another man and even went as far to hit another dude.

HOUSTON - Family and friends of 26-year-old Eric Burch, Jr. gathered at his parents’ home in Maynard, in San Jacinto County, Monday night to remember their son.

Burch’s father Eric Burch Sr., said, "God sets the bounds. He determines our time. My son touched a lot of lives. He didn't know that he was touching lives. But he touched so many people.”

Investigators said Burch Junior and his accused killer, Zacchaeus Mitchell, got into a fight on Christmas. Investigators said the two exchanged punches when Burch arrived to pick up the two kids he shared with Mitchell’s girlfriend



Court documents indicated Mitchell got up off the ground during the fight, shot Burch in the chest and killed him as his two young sons watched.

Burch Junior’s mother, Arletha Burch, said, "They are two wonderful kids. And they're real, real nice kids. And he does all he can to take care of his kids and take care of his family and take care of people."

Now his family will plan a funeral knowing that every Christmas celebration will come with a memory of their son’s death. His mother said, "It's not supposed to happen no day. No matter whose kid this is, it don't matter if it was mine or anyone else's kid, this shouldn't have happened at all."

Burch Senior added, "Yes, Christmas will never be the same for us because every Christmas we'll remember that God called him home on that day. We will celebrate every Christmas that on that day the life he lived and the legacy he left behind."

Mitchell was expected to appear in court late Monday or early Tuesday to hear the charges against him.
