Capcom's Yoshinori Ono made it official today and announced that the free v2012 update for Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition will be coming out on December 13, 2011.
This will add several balance changes to the game. You can read about the Alpha changes and the Beta changes (part 1 | part 2) along with some supplemental changes that were announced a little ways back here.
