It's been 29 hours for me now, this is the longest I have maybe ever gone excluding times of illness, I wanted to see how long I could go without doing it as a test of self control, I really have my mind set on this I usually do it twice maybe even 3 times a day so this is not gonna be easy, it's been pretty easy today I have kept myself busy so no real cravings as of yet, if I can manage to last a week that would be a big achievement for me, so I made this thread to document my experience and also to see what advice I can get to help me, has anybody on here got any good tips or done anything like this before? I also wanna hear from the people who never wack off (if we have any on here) then what do you think the benefits are to living a wank free life?

Ciara went to court today (May 17) to ask for full custody of her young son with Future, but came out on the losing end of the battle.

Future was in attendance for the proceedings, TMZ reports, and asked for joint custody of the child, Future Zahir Wilburn, who turns two years old Thursday (May 19). The judge ruled in the Atlanta rapper's favor and rejected Ciara's arguments that he is a bad father and is not present in her son's life.

The singer is now engaged to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who has been seen with Ciara and Future Jr. at football practice and at Dodgers Stadium.

Future and Ciara have an ongoing $15 million lawsuit between them. She first filed the case, seeking damages for slander, libel and defamation. He countersued, saying that her claims are empty and are made out of desperation for attention and to spark her flailing music career.

For example, San Francisco is known as one of the more gentrified cities in the United States. It is now officially the most expensive city in the country. I've read several articles saying "black flight" has been going on in the Bay Area for decades. Sure some people are being pushed out, but according to demographers, it's not poor black folk getting pushed out. it's mostly middle class blacks moving to escape the violence, and other issues that come with living in the hood, and getting replaced by yuppies. there's plenty of poor black folk still in sf... just no middle class. unless you're section 8, or senior housing, a shitty apartment in Hunter's Point is more expensive than a nice house in a beautiful community almost anywhere in the country, and a lot of people have been hip to that shit. hell, a lot of middle class whites are leaving the city too. I know niggas personally that moved out and never looked back. niggas that grew up in the gutter with roaches and rats, and now they have 4 bedroom homes in Sacramento, Vegas, etc. sending their kids to good schools for way cheaper. If niggas are voluntarily moving out of troubled neighborhoods, and hipsters are willing to pay millions for their shitty apartments, is that really a bad thing? Like, is it really "the white man trying to take away our communities," or just simple economics? If you lived in the city and worked some bs job, would you pay 3k a month just to live in the city you grew up in, or move? better yet, if you owned a house in the hood, would you continue to live there on some pride shit, or sell it to some nerd for a million and live like a king in texas? Discuss...

On December 21, 1990, the Arnold Schwarzenegger family comedy Kindergarten Cop was released in U.S. theaters. Though Schwarzenegger’s best known films are his action movies in which he plays larger-than-life characters like the Terminator and Conan the Barbarian, the Austrian bodybuilder-turned-actor has made a few films that showed off his comedic side. Kindergarten Cop was one of his most successful, grossing $202 million worldwide and becoming a favorite with audiences after repeat airings on television over the past 25 years.

2016 will see the release of Kindergarten Cop 2 from Universal 1440 Entertainment. The sequel stars Schwarzenegger’s Expendables co-star Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Universal Soldier), another action movie icon.



In Kindergarten Cop, Schwarzenegger plays Detective John Kimble, a cop who goes undercover as a kindergarten teacher in order to find the whereabouts of Cullen Crisp (Richard Tyson), a fugitive who is the father of one of the children in the class. However, Kimble discovers that managing two dozen five and six year-olds through their daily lessons to be far more difficult than his police work. Watching tough guy Schwarzenegger interact with the children in the class -- who say whatever pops into their little heads -- is hilarious ("IT'S NOT A TUMOR!").

In Kindergarten Cop 2, Lundgren plays Agent Reed. Like in the original movie, Reed goes undercover as a kindergarten teacher, this time to recover a flash drive with sensitive information that was stolen from the Witness Protection Program. However, in addition to dealing with a handful of students, Reed also faces problems with the school's "politically correct environment."



Being an action hero clearly leaves you unprepared for teaching five year-olds. These images promise that Lundgren's Agent Reed will be facing similar pint-size problems that Arnold dealt with in the 1990 original. Here we see a classroom full of students misbehaving and Reed failing to control his class.



One of the most famous (and funniest) scenes from Kindergarten Cop is when Detective Kimble screams "SHUT UP!" at a classroom full of misbehaving kindergarten students... which naturally leaves all of the kids in tears. Here it appears Lundgren's Agent Reed has similarly reached the end of his patience with his class. And what's that kid doing in the garbage can on the far right?



Universal believes that fans of the original Kindergarten Cop will find a lot to love about the sequel. "Kindergarten Cop grossed over $200 million worldwide and has been entertaining audiences of all ages," said Glenn Ross, General Manager and Executive Vice President, Universal 1440 Entertainment. "In this exciting reboot, we introduce a unique blend of humor and action to the next generation of viewers, as well as share a reimagined version of the story with longtime fans who have made this an enduring family favorite."

Kindergarten Cop 2 stars Dolph Lundgren and Bill Bellamy (Any Given Sunday, TV's Hot in Cleveland). It was directed by Don Michael Paul (Jarhead 2: Field of Fire, Tremors 5: Bloodlines) and was written by David H. Steinberg (American Pie 2, Miss Dial). Look for it on Blu-ray and DVD in 2016!

Woman, 27, fatally shot by police near SF’s Bayview

A San Francisco police sergeant shot and killed a 27-year-old woman who was driving a suspected stolen car Thursday in the southeastern part of the city near the Bayview district, officials said.

The Bayview station sergeant and another officer tried to arrest the woman after spotting the car about 9:45 a.m. at Elmira Street and Shafter Avenue, said Police Chief Greg Suhr. She drove away before the officers could talk to her, but got only 100 feet before crashing into a parked truck, the car getting partially stuck beneath it, witnesses told police.

While the woman was trying to dislodge the car and not complying with police orders, Suhr said, the sergeant fired one shot, striking her.

There was no immediate indication that that woman had been driving at the officers or was armed with a weapon, police said. Aerial video footage from TV news stations showed the car, a white sedan, wedged between a fence on the driver’s side and the back of a utility truck.

Police removed the woman from the car and began cardiopulmonary resuscitation before paramedics arrived, Suhr said. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where she died.

It was the third fatal shooting of a suspect by San Francisco police in the past five months. Previous shootings, particularly the Dec. 2 killing of stabbing suspect Mario Woods in the Bayview, have prompted critics to accuse police of being too quick to use lethal force, especially against suspects who are minorities.

Woods was African American, and Suhr said the woman who was killed Thursday was black. Her name and the names of the officers involved have not been released.

As of noon, the officers had not yet been interviewed or officially placed on leave, police said.

In the wake of the Woods killing and the fatal police shooting in April of Luis Gongora, a homeless man in the Mission District who was allegedly holding a knife, Suhr and Mayor Ed Lee said the city would spend $17.5 million on police reforms that would emphasize de-escalation techniques and officer training.

“This is exactly the kind of thing, with ongoing reforms, that we are trying to avoid,” Suhr said at the shooting scene Thursday.

Lee, at an event in the Castro announcing a neighborhood initiative, said he was concerned about the use of lethal force by police. He called Thursday’s shooting a tragedy and said it made him feel “very uneasy.”

“Obviously, I have to hold the chief accountable for everything the officers do in every circumstance, especially when an officer-involved shooting is the circumstance,” Lee said, responding to a question about whether he’d ask for Suhr’s resignation.

“It’s very tragic to have an individual die in an officer-involved shooting,” he said. “We just need to make sure we’re doing all the right things to prevent that from happening.”

Supervisor Malia Cohen, who represents the district where the shooting occurred, echoed Lee, saying in a statement she was “saddened, deeply troubled and frustrated” by the incident. Cohen said she will request an independent investigation by the civilian-run Office of Citizen Complaints.
